1. What data do I collect and who sees it?
Data collection
The following information may be collected automatically during app usage and stored locally on your device:
- User preferences and app settings
- Purchase status for premium features
- App-specific data (e.g. Game progress, high scores, etc.)
- Game Center player information (if Game Center is enabled and used by the apps)
My Apps do not require registration or collect sensitive user information, such as location data.
Data sharing
Most data is stored locally on your device. However, my Apps may use Apple built-in services (depending on the specific app), such as the following:
- Apple StoreKit: If an app offers in-app purchases, purchase information is processed by Apple's StoreKit service.
- Apple Game Center: If an app supports Game Center and you choose to enable it, game progress and achievements may be shared with Apple's Game Center service.
These Apple services are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
No other third-party services are used by the Apps. No data is shared with external analytics services, advertising networks, or other third parties.
I may share information when legally required, such as in response to court orders or government requests, or when necessary to protect my rights, protect safety, or investigate fraud.
Cookies and tracking
My Apps do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies. They do not track users across other websites or apps, and do not participate in cross-app tracking or advertising networks. Any local storage used by the Apps is for app functionality only and is not used for tracking purposes.
Apple may collect certain information about app usage as part of their App Store analytics, but this is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not under my control.
2. Why do I process your data?
For users in the European Union, the legal basis for processing your data is:
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) - for app functionality and features
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) - for Game Center features (optional)
These Apps do not use any automated systems to make decisions about you or analyze your behavior.
3. Your rights and data management
European Union (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

How to exercise your rights
Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete locally stored data by simply uninstalling the apps. I cannot access, modify, or provide copies of locally stored data as I have no access to your device. For data processed by Apple services (e.g. Game Center), please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.
You can withdraw your consent for Game Center features at any time by disabling Game Center in your device settings. If you think your data protection rights have been violated, you can complain to the data protection authority. Since I do not process personal data beyond what is stored locally on your device, please contact me first if you have any concerns.
Data retention
- Game data and preferences: Until you uninstall the apps (deletion happens automatically)
- Purchase information: As required by Apple's terms and applicable law
- Game Center data: Managed by Apple according to their privacy policy
International data transfers
Any data shared with Apple services (e.g. Game Center) is subject to Apple's data processing agreements and may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about their data transfer safeguards.
4. Data security
I am concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Most data is stored locally on your device using iOS/macOS storage mechanisms and is not transmitted to external servers except for Apple's built-in services as described above.
Data breach notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, I will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Since most data is stored locally on your device, the risk of data breaches affecting your personal information is minimal. Any potential breaches would primarily affect data processed by Apple services, which are subject to Apple's security measures and breach notification procedures.
5. Children's privacy
I do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Apps, please contact me (see contact information below) so I can take appropriate action. In the EU, you must be at least 16 years old to consent to data processing (or have parental consent where required by law).
6. Policy updates and consent
This privacy policy is effective as of 2025-09-28. I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and I recommend checking this policy regularly for updates. Continued use of the Apps means you accept any changes to the policy.
By using the Apps, you consent to my processing of your information as described in this policy. "Processing" means using information in any way, including collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and sharing information. My apps follow Apple's App Store Guidelines and only collect data necessary for functionality. All data processing is transparent and follows privacy-by-design principles.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using my Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.
2. License to Use
I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your compatible Apple devices.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Apps
- Extract or derive the source code
- Resell or redistribute the Apps or any part thereof
- Use the Apps for commercial purposes without express permission
3. In-App Purchases and Payments
Some Apps offer paid features or content ("In-App Purchases"):
- All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system
- Prices are clearly displayed before purchase in your local currency
- Purchases are available immediately and may be cancelled according to Apple's refund policies
- You are responsible for all purchases made through your Apple account
- For EU users: You have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content, which you waive by immediate download
4. App Availability and Updates
I strive to continuously improve and update the Apps. I reserve the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue Apps at any time
- Add or remove features
- Terminate service without prior notice
Updates may be required to maintain functionality and security. You agree to install available updates when offered.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Secure use of your device and protection of your Apple account
- All purchases and activities made through your account
- Compliance with all applicable laws when using the Apps
- Internet connection costs and data charges
- Keeping your device software up to date for security reasons
I strongly advise against jailbreaking, rooting, or otherwise modifying your device, as this poses security risks and may impair App functionality.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranty. I make no guarantees regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free functionality
- Compatibility with future operating system versions
- Availability of internet connections or third-party services
- Data backup or recovery
My liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. I am not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits. For EU consumers: Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to me. Information about data processing can be found by clicking on "Privacy Policy" above, which is an integral part of these Terms of Service.
8. Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or me:
- You may terminate use at any time by deleting the Apps
- I may restrict your access for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, all granted rights expire
- Sections regarding liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination
9. Apple-Specific Terms
For Apps purchased through Apple's App Store platforms, the following additionally applies:
- Apple is not a party to this agreement
- Apple bears no responsibility for the Apps or their content

- Apple's Standard EULA applies supplementary to these terms
10. EU Digital Services Requirements
In accordance with EU Digital Services Act requirements, I provide transparent contact information and maintain proper business identification as required for app developers operating in the EU market.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Eichenau, Germany.
For EU consumers: You may also bring proceedings in your country of residence. Alternative dispute resolution is available through the EU ODR platform.
12. Changes
I may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid ones that come closest to the intended purpose.
